Our client is a multinational company in the services sector and global leader in its segment.

Oferta:

Your main responsabilities will be: - Specific duties including: leading and preparation of the capital forecast, managing capital budget against forecast, managing workload and staffing to meet targets, assist in development of and adherence to policies and procedures, and contractural obligations on the account, IPMP assessments, skills assessment and career development support, interviewing and hiring for open positions; - Exceeds in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure.

Perfil desejado:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Architecture. - Experience in facilities management; - Experience in Real Estate; - Fluent english is mandatory.
